What’s the latest?
Allies HMO
Our newest addition is Allies HMO, a product developed through a unique partnership with Newton-Wellesley Hospital. Allies members have access to unique features including: a dedicated health navigator, quicker appointment times for select specialties and enhanced virtual care. The health navigator works with both AllWays Health Partners and Newton-Wellesley Hospital to schedule appointments, provide guidance, and transition care after a patient is discharged. The added function of a navigator builds a bridge between the insurance and the clinical side of healthcare to streamline the health experience for providers and their patients.
Select HMO
On January 1, 2021, AllWays Health Partners launched a new high-performance network product with access to the Select HMO network. This product will be available through the MA Health Connector, including to ConnectorCare members.
Select HMO opens up access to comprehensive benefits at a lower cost through a network of high-quality providers. Our full network products will also continue to be available to non-subsidized members who purchase their insurance through the Connector. It is important that your office validate which AllWays Health Partners network your patient is enrolled in and confirm your participation in that network. AllWays Health Partners’ online provider directory has been updated to display Select HMO network providers.
Additional products offered exclusively from AllWays Health Partners
- HMO Plans
Our HMO plans offer access to our extensive provider network. Members must designate a PCP to manage their medical care and issue referrals.
- PPO Plus Plans
PPO Plus members have in-network access to our network within our MA/NH service area plus access to the United Healthcare Options PPO network outside our MA/NH service area.
- Mass General Brigham Employee Plans
Members either have a Mass General Brigham Plus PPO or Select (EPO) plan. Members of these plans have access to the full AllWays Health Partners network plus the Aetna Signature Administrators (Aetna HealthSCOPE) network nationwide.
- Qualified Health Plans (QHP)
A QHP provides essential health benefits and meets other requirements under the Affordable Care Act. Look for the MA Health Connector logo on the front of the card.
- ConnectorCare
ConnectorCare members also have the MA Health Connector logo on the front of the card. Check below the ID number to see if a member has a subsidized ConnectorCare plan. Members have access to the Select HMO network for in-network coverage.
- Easy Tier Hospital Network
Members have access to our full network, but hospitals fall into two tiers. The tiers determine what cost share the member pays.
- My Care Family
My Care Family offers complete care and coverage through MassHealth by Greater Lawrence Family Health Center, Lawrence General Hospital, and AllWays Health Partners.
